2. No Refund Policy
- All payments made for subscriptions, premium memberships, or any paid services are non-refundable.
- Once a service is activated or a profile is made visible, no refund requests will be entertained.
- We do not guarantee successful matches or marriage outcomes; therefore, refunds will not be issued based on results.
3. Exceptions (If Applicable)
Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made due to technical error
- Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)
- Payment deducted but service not activated
Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
